interesting combo

Today we traveled from Foya to Monrovia via SP chopper. A few days ago a boy came to the gate of our compound in Foya, with a baby deer for sale. Justin decided to jump onto this opportunity and purchased "Darryl" for about $7 USD. Instead of trying to transport Darryl to Monrovia on a vehicle, we decided to take him along on the chopper. I had him on my lap, wrapped in a towel to protect me from whatever might come out of him on that ride (and its a good thing that I did!).

We were about half way to Monrovia and I was enjoying he scenery- when I just started to laugh...

Here I am, holding a baby deer in a towel, riding in a helicopter, over the jungles of Liberia. Bet those three things haven't been put together in the same sentence before! Just another random day in Liberia.

Team one has gone really well- last big day of shooting with them tomorrow, and Team #2 arrives in the afternoon. Please pray for extra energy and creativity as we continue shooting this next week!
